ILLITERACY IN NIGERIA INCREASES IN 2012

10.1 million of children drop-out from school in 2012-EXEC.SEC, national commision for mass literacy, Adult and Non-Formal Education Alhaji Jibrin. He further stated that it is SHOCKING!!! And children are supposed to be the leaders of tomorrow. How many leaders will we have if 10 million are already drop outs?
